The Student Alumni Association (SAA), in conjunction with the Alumni Association, is proud to announce their search for the
2005 Student Alumni Association Master Teacher Award
This prestigious award allows both graduate and undergraduate students to participate by nominating one of the University's professors. The Master Teacher Award is the only student-driven and student-selected award given to a faculty member. To be recognized by the student body as a "Master Teacher" is a great honor in the profession.
The faculty recipient will receive:
- a monetary award of $1,000
- the honorable recognition of being the 2005 Master Teacher
- a personal plaque
- have his/her name engraved on a permanent plaque at the Mileti Alumni Center
The following professors are past recipients of the Master Teacher Award and therefore are ineligible to receive the award: Raymond Tucker, Steven Ludd, Peter Hutchinson, Carl Holmberg, Robert Romans, Martha Rogers, Elizabeth Allgeier, Neil Browne, Cynthia Strong, Ruth Olscamp, Lee Meserve, Robert Midden, Charles Kahle, Vincent Kantorski, Jack Nachbar, Laura Juarez de Ku, Bonnie Fink, Steve Rogelberg, Timothy Fuerst, Daniel Brahier, Irina Stakhanova, Michael French, and Gene Poor.

Return completed nominations to the Student Alumni Association, Mileti Alumni Center by Friday, March 4, 2005 @ 5 p.m.
