Starting in the August issue of E-Ziggy Zoomba, we will be sending the newsletter as a web link that will connect you to a page on the alumni website. It will allow us to bring you an up-to-date look and will still share current news from the University.
Broadcast of Upcoming College Tour 2003
Upcoming College Tour 2003 broadcast to feature BGSU Southeast Michigan & Northwest Ohio Alumni & Friends: WXYZ-Detroit - Channel 7 will feature Bowling Green State University in a three-minute segment on its College Tour 2003 broadcast at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 30. Northwest Ohio Alumni & Friends can view the broadcast on Buckeye CableSystem Channel 51. President Sidney Ribeau and students from the President's Leadership Academy will represent the University, showcasing the academic excellence and co-curricular opportunities available to all BGSU students. Sherrie Jones, a BGSU Foundation Board director, is underwriting this opportunity to share the BGSU story with viewers in southeast Michigan and northwest Ohio.
Take a break from football! The half-hour broadcast airs between the Michigan State game and the Ohio State game.

Looking for Former Student Library Workers
Please let us know if you have worked in the library as a student while studying at BGSU. Falcon Cross Country
The BGSU cross country teams begin the 2003 season at EMU. The Falcon men's and women's squads of head coach Cami Wells will open the season Saturday morning (Aug. 30) at the EMU Open in Ann Arbor, Mich. Read more.

Alumni Society for Swimmers and Divers
The Alumni Society for Swimmers and Divers team reunion is scheduled for September 12th-14th. A luncheon on Saturday, September 13th includes former coaches as guest speakers and an update on the University. The weekend also includes a Hall of Fame Induction reception where former swimmer Hank Reest will be recognized. WBGU/WFAL Society
A Homecoming reunion for former WBGU/WFAL graduates is scheduled for the weekend of October 4th. The group has organized a silent auction, pre-game tent and social events. Construction Management Society
