Get ready for BGSU football

BGSU breaks enrollment records
BGSU's fall 2010 enrollment is record-setting in a number of ways. Almost 14,000 students applied for admission to the University, the highest in school history, and 3,871 enrolled, making it BGSU's second largest freshman class.

One of BGSU's most valuable resources is its network of more than 160,000 living alumni. Help recruit new Falcons to BGSU by referring a high school student to Admissions or volunteering.

Men's Chorus concert, Festival Series and more from College of Musical Arts
The Festival Series and the Dorothy E. and DuWayne H. Hansen Musical Arts Series join forces to bring world-renowned saxophonist Branford Marsalis to BGSU Oct. 7 and the Men's Chorus will travel to Troy, Ohio on Oct. 9.

Consumer empowerment, the history of chemistry at BGSU and more
In other news from the Alumni Association, the College of Health and Human Services will host an Oct. 1 event in the Centennial Lecture Series and Professor Emeritus George Clemans has published a history of the chemistry department at BGSU.

Opportunities from BGSU Continuing and Extended Education
Continuing and Extended Education at BGSU promotes lifelong learning through a variety of credit and noncredit programs. Upcoming programs include a Firefighting & Safety Expo on Sept. 18, a Graduate College Fair on Sept. 21, and various professional development programs.
